Why attack a Platform doing good for the community and creators? #3

So your attacking a platform that is benefiting the community and creators and you think leaking the source code is gonna benefit you guys?

Why? You guys want a monthly sum or some sort of trade off to keep kick safe? Or are you trying to promote yourself as "Security Experts" so you can charge to fix a problem you created?

They will tighten security with or without you, releasing the code and causing a big problem will only make them do it quicker and reduce your chances of even being considered.

Your really going about this the wrong way.

Remove your attack, contact their help desk, and go through their support services to get in touch with owners. Follow their process and i am sure they wont leave you on delivered.

I mean we contacted them on discord and they just ignored us.

And before you guys are like "well obviously they aren't going to check their dms", we were in a groupchat with the admin and a lead dev and they just decided to leave within 2 days after.

I mean if they just listened to us the issue wouldnt even be present anymore and they clearly dont know how to tighten security since the measures they took were terrible (banning multiple dots in emails, rate limiting chat causing issues for other pepole that like to watch just chatting streams and do them)

Your really going about this the wrong way.

There wasnt any other way we could have taken as they left the group chat where we told them how to fix all the issues we are abusing to make this

lol so because they didn't answer to your beckon on a whim, you think you're justified in your actions?

Definition of cringe: have an inward feeling of acute embarrassment or awkwardness. "I cringed at his stupidity"

You do realize Twitch does things that are inherently worse on a daily basis? Yet i don't see you wasting your time there? I'm well aware that commenting on this makes me a target, and i quite frankly don't care. Numbers are just numbers at the end of the day.

What do you gain out of this and why does it concern you though? Im generally curious at this point.

Good job on realizing your plan was not the right way to go about things. If you can infiltrate a platform like kick, im sure your expertise are much better put to good use rather than bad.

I hope you get a good opportunity in the near future!
