add a function to create an image file with a graph showing the result of a poll

the first version is done. features to add: line break if "Antwortmöglichkeit" is too long, connection to main script, data import, more "Antwortmöglickeiten", rainbow effect if more "Antwortmöglichkeiten" are given, "ja" always green, "enthaltung" always yellow, "nein" always red
