Refine code and comments

Right now the code has gotten a bit messy from working on it all day (and (moastly) night) and therefore should get cleaned up.

Alsow the Ending of the trimester is near, meaning, the code should be ready for presetation therefore somme code should get refined and comment shoud get added and formatet propperly.
