Warlock Fear Spell broken #385

Description:

The fear spell is not working properly.

Current behaviour:

Casting fear on an enemy will cause it to stand still. If you're engaged and walk around the "feared" enemy, it will follow your sight.

Expected behaviour:

As far as I know, fear will let the enemy move around randomly.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Create a human warlock
  2. Learn the spell fear
  3. Use fear on an enemy
