Description:

Quartermaster Lewis shows no vendor/repair availability.

Current behaviour:

Quartermaster Lewis shows no vendor/repair availability. It just shows a dialog.

Expected behaviour:

He should be able to sell/repair

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Talk to Quartermaster Lewis as an Alliance character https://www.wowhead.com/classic/npc=491/quartermaster-lewis
