NPC 34523 has GOSSIP 10521 in DB but not appear in game. #399

At take quest 13963, has to talk to NPC 34523 and select gossip 10521 for Kill Credit, but GOSSIp

Gossip problem Gossip 10521 of creature 34523 not apear at take quest 13963
