Create a settings drawer for extension

I did not add icons because I don't know where you'd like to get it from and functionality from my other pull requests in case it is not accepted and there's a conflict

Just tried this as well, and it's looking good to start adding in the functionality. For icons, honestly you can use any icon package you'd like (react-icons, feather-icons, etc), don't think there's any issues with that. The slide animation for the settings is so nice btw.

Thanks! I copied the code from another project and changed the width!

I'm working on it right now. I know there is a lot of copyright stuff when it comes to art, and I haven't been on a project with actual users, so I never bothered about it. Maybe I'll just copy the SVG code for the icon since it's only two
