The extension doesn't allow to set count of problems

@The-CodingSloth, I and many other users this it would be great idea to actually put a count of problems that a user would wanna solve each day before accessing a website. I haven't gone through the code yet but if I can wrap my head around it I would be more than happy to contribute to making such a feature come to life. As an add on we can also add features like topics and tags. Thanks
