fix formatting issues on Tiptap editor #866

Existing Issues:

  1. No support for Inline Code
  2. Code Block takes up entire text instead of the current line as mentioned here https://github.com/The-Commit-Company/Raven/issues/844#issuecomment-2047233661 by @ankush.
  3. Link is extensible. This issue has been described in https://github.com/ueberdosis/tiptap/issues/2571
