Added an article to low code tech #24

Great article. I will go ahead to close this PR now. But kindly do the following also:

  1. Create a folder in the authors folder using your first name as the name of the folder
  2. Inside this folder create an author.md file Check out this example
  3. Kindly provide your name, title, URL, image_url. Please look at the example above for a better understanding.
