Adding a LSTM based Stock Price Predictor #613

💥 Hey! I would like to add an LSTM-based Stock Price Predictor under the machine learning section.

I want to work on this issue under GSSOC'23. I have previously worked on Machine Learning models for various prediction projects and would thus like to work on this. I also worked on a Linear Regression based prediction model for MindWave whose PR got merged too!

Kindly assign this issue to me.
