I want to make sure that the guidelines are not specific to English and as there might be some contributors who can best understand in other languages as compared to English.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to propose a Hindi readme in this contribution as there are a majority of Indian contributors and if it helps we can have options for multiple languages.

I would like to translate the content
