Funny Face Filter Using OpenCv #681

There are various mirrors in which human face length, width extends or decreases, which makes the look funny.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to contribute by making such a filter using OpenCV and facial features, it would be fun to experience it using a code.

Describe alternatives you've considered

we can try implementing funny props to make filters.
