how doi make a world with this json file? #1

i really dont know how can i generate a world with this file please explain

Step one: In Minecraft navigate to: "Create New World" > "More World Options..."

Step two: Click "Import Settings" and select the .json file you want to use.

(Click on “raw” for the file then right click and save-as // alternatively, copy-paste the code into notepad or text editor and save as a .json file)

Step three: Enjoy!

NOTE: The built-in seeds are selected to proved easy access to wood at the start of the game (shipwreck nearby). Change at your own risk!
