Editing entry functionality needs to be fixed #51

Describe the bug Currently the view for editing an entry does not display any form.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to '/research/list-my-entries/'
  2. Click edit link on any form.

Expected behavior A pre-filled form with current entry information should appear. That should allow users to edit the entry and save the changes.
