Launcher error with newest version #106

Whenever I try to launch with the latest version (even if its only this mod and its dependencies) it spits out an error message and refuses to load any further even on a clean install of the game.

I'm currently running the latest version of ModTheSpire, BaseMod and StSLib if that means anything, I noticed that RtS "Explicitly supports StS 11-20-2018" however all other mods I have installed play just fine with 01-03-2019.
