Replacing spawners makes blocks that can still spawn mobs. #35

Describe the bug replacing spawner with diamond block, creates diamond block with ability to spawn monsters.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. set replace block with to [minecraft:diamond_block]
  2. set block replaced to [minecraft:mob_spawner]
  3. launch game and find naturally spawn spawner [I suggest lost cities mod]
  4. See error
