Describe the bug Does not affect Lost Cities world generation

To Reproduce Install Lost Cities, Biomes o Plenty and Block Replacer In the Block Replacer mod config, enter

    # The block id to replace.
    S:replaceblock <
        biomesoplenty:flower_0
     >

    # The block id to replace the block with.
    S:replacewith <
        minecraft:grass
     >

Create a new world with 'Lost Cities (BoP)' generation Clover blocks (flower_0) will remain in place

Logs/Screenshots/Videos Photos and videos won't show anything. I read the log - it is too large (26 megabytes), in it I did not find a single message from the Block Replacer mod.

Versions (please complete the following information, do NOT say "latest"): 1.12.2, Forge 14.23.5.2859
