Config option to force space between chests #264

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. if players use chests to build their base, they will Invincible and can not be damage

Describe the solution you'd like Adding programs that can avoid building chests too close.

Describe alternatives you've considered Players can destroy chests while they are raiding.

If you go in to the config and enable stealing during raids, I think they'll be able to break chests.

There may also be a command to get through barriers made of locked blocks when raiding.

This command can not do well, because if there are chests as ground, it doesn't work. And if defender in a room that build by chests, it just can through the building but do not in the room, therefore, attackers can not damage the defender.

When i enabled stealing during raids, the chests still can not be break.
