Allow configurable option of how skeleton names should be displayed #236

Currently, skeleton names are treated the same as player names i.e. visible at all times. When naming a mob using a name tag, that name only is visible at certain distances. It would be cool if you could toggle how the skeleton name should be displayed i.e. either "player" or "mob" mode.
