Extremely steep gradients should show as walls on treasure maps #707

Anything with a gradient >1.3 or so is probably a wall, but many tilesets have cliffs with virtually no overhang and simply checking surface materials doesn't always find the unwalkable sections. This would fix the "bubbliness" or "broken walls" that maps of these cliffs tend to display.

I should be able to do this. I expect anyone else would have to be very keen to want to do this...
