Questgiver highlights need to be after area_refresh in area_enter #757

... otherwise quest creatures that respawn (eg Jolie in the goblin caves) are spawned after the attempt to change their highlighting, and if the area refreshes when you enter they don't get highlighted until you leave and come back in again.
