Also fixed the seed script so it doesn't throw out all the old treasure map locations every time you run it - it just does what it finds needs doing.
It also updated some other stuff around area CRs of some locations inside Neverwinter - I'm not sure what was changed with these, it might've been the new stealable containers.
Fixed the XP bar NUI ignoring set coordinates after area transition
Fixed Intimidate/Bluff XP gain saying they were from the wrong skill
Attempt to fix Layenne's tomb confusing persistent glow between area refreshes
Ability boosting tomes now have +14000 gold value, making them expensive and require level 11 to use again (instead of level 3)
Entering an areas no longer sets its refresh progress back to 2/3 instantly. Instead, the longer you are in the area, the further back its refresh gets pushed, meaning you can peek to see if somewhere has refreshed without knocking it back 20 minutes.
Old ammunition fabricators should be correctly dealt with if placed into and retrieved from house storage.
Loot bags have grown up. They don't have more stuff in though.
