Frontend and API update for Block Rewards #12

Front End only looks at Block Reward and not Vout or any other amounts, such as xAssets (Haven). Change is required so it looks at correct value, likely via an API route.

Gonna block lmdb, so won't be updated.

Also affects Equilibria, so need to re-visit this.
