Dark Horizons on EET - ahungry's Oversight HQ Fix #26

Greetings!

I'm unsure if this matters on the latest master, but ahungry's Oversight HQ EET patch came to mind.

If this patch helps, I request you include it in the master. If not, disregard it and leave a note on the readme saying it doesn't help.

The aforementioned bug doesn't apply to most games and likely was caused by a case-sensitivity issue from the modder's own side. I know, I've actively tried to hunt this down, but I couldn't. I also requested a repro case and never received such.
