Add custom weapons selection to Mass ItemGib #3

This is the PR #2 but from a different source branch, figured it would be the easiest to just open a new one.

It adds an overview and a small howto to the form window. I also changed a few things to fit the recent rewrite like using the Item class or accounting for Dark Hand being not upgradable. The form stayed the same and the sets of weapon IDs too since they're only used for lookup.

@inunorii Hey, do you know what will be the next release's version yet (v2.1.2 or ~v2.2.1~ v2.2.0)? I wanna release my tool and mention the exact version from which this feature will be supported.

I was hoping to just release 2.2 once sfix completed his PR, but it's been long enough now. Time to do a thing.
