Ensure better handling of changing GraphQL changes from Endpoint #30

As The Grids API is still in Alpha, data names may change.

This was a fix caused by a simple N -> n change https://github.com/The-Grid-Data/Explorer/commit/fc37cb3540ead25a1239f71ef58c4fe01ff0d9d9

This took down the entire app.

Moving forward, the design goal of The Grid is to have minium changes of the end point.

The biggest change will be on deployed / supports, where the concepts will be the same, but we will provide more granular deployment information.
