Custom Totem Sound #34

Users should have the ability to upload a custom sound which is played whenever a totem is consumed. If a mp3 to ogg converter is relatively simple then this should be established otherwise uploads should be limited to .ogg files

Another feature which would be interesting but I'm not sure if it would be possible with Minecraft's current infrastructure would be a custom sound for each totem this may be possible through the use of data packs but I'm unsure

I think the overall idea is easy enough, as you can add custom music discs to Minecraft through custommodeldata

As you say, an more to ogg converter will need to be looked into because you can't simply rename.

Removing experimental as we now have a working prototype in-game
