Sounds + Music + Removed keyboard robot movement #143

Keyboard movement of Robot has been commented out (can't use arrow keys/keyboard to move Robby)

Sounds added for:

Button presses (as in Settings button, Restart, Help, Run, Start, etc. but not back button)
Robot button presses (when the Interact code block is successfully executed)
Robot pickup (if successful)
Robot unlocking colored door (if successful)
Robot death
Exit door opening upon level completion
Robot movement (going forward)

Music:

Music that persists between Start Menu, Stage Select, & Level Selects
Music that persists between Levels

Keep in mind:

There is a 1 second delay after pressing Run so that the button press sound could be played out entirely before starting code execution
