Find a better way to represent the application in the Applications Section #3

[ ] Change the circular Design in which apps are depicted and find a better way to depict them.
[ ] Work on its responsiveness
[ ] suggest animations for this section too.

Hi @TeeWrath ! I'm interested in solving this issue. I'll make the following changes.

Use a better layout for the applications along with the details for each and efficiently present them.
Use clear typography.
Make it responsive to ensure it adjusts on various screen sizes.
Use animations, and effects to enhance its presentation.

@TeeWrath Can u please assign me this issue under SWOC. To solve this issue: -I would like integrate card like display for each application. -The design will fit into both web and mobile devices. -The animation which suits this, a water-ripple like hover effect which appears when we scroll over on the card.
