Added Notes to Note note array and updated folder names #12

Updated folder names to better reflect contents. Added notes to note array in Arduino_main. Created further renames across the repo.

I like a lot of your attempts to reorganise. Some suggestions: -CAD Files → Hardware so that it can encompass drawings, instructions, electrical designs as well as simply CAD files. -Good to move away from Raspberry Pi folder. Not sure API is quite the right description. Discussion probably useful. We will need to rename references of this folder in readmes.

Agree. Appreciate the feedback. Can always improve open next iteration as we get closer to a final concept of the build and packages.
