Transition to 3MF format from STL for printed parts #45

Many believe STL should be obsolete given the manifold advantages of 3MF. The files are much more space efficient, solve compatibility issues and include proper measurement units. Further, the 3MF standard is open source (whereas STL is not).

In the first instance upload files as 3MF, in future can explore the functionality of including print configuration settings and license data and more.

The fingering module has been transitioned to 3MF files but without the more advanced functionality.
