A passive solution using off-the-shelf one-way valves has been tried but these require too much pressure to overcome. A diverter 4/2 valve system has been created and tried in lung-hardware branch (active solution) but is too leaky or requires too much force to actuate. Refinements to these solutions or a new solution are sought. A low cost, open source friendly solution is preferred.
