Silent stepper motor driver #51

In the current implementation of the system, the sound produced by the stepper motors of the lung system is audible and sometimes distracting from the sound actually being produced by the recorder. One possible method we have identified to prevent this is to implement silent stepper motor drivers, which we would be interested in somebody testing out.

Have tested the TMC2208 drivers which are a near drop in replacement. The code shouldn't need changing but the perfboard will need modifying slightly, in particular, 5V to VIO pin.
