Added missing items #135

There were a few items that were missing from the older versions of levels that had an Easter Egg Gravity Knot (Beginner) was missing an Easter Egg Ring Stunts (Advanced) had an Out of Bounds Trigger in front of the Easter Egg

Good catch for the gravity knot easter egg.

The big oob trigger in ring stunts looks super rough though. I think there's a good chance it will interfere with casual playthroughs/speedruns of the level. It doesn't get in the way of the current WR route but it's still obnoxious and doesn't have an indication that it's there, and even if it was originally there in old MBP, I think since it's been gone for a while it might not be worth bringing back and messing with people's potential speedrun routes/etc.
