[Issue]: Tempad config not set up properly #121

What happened?

The common config file for Tempad in the pack doesnt follow the format here and doesn't work as intended

Using the tempad just fine in the instance I play on often, what's the issue you're having specifically?

Well mainly the config file in the pack says "cooldownTimeInSeconds": 10 so I assume the cooldown is meant to be buffed but in game the actual cooldown is 3 minutes which is kind of a lot

I can adjust the config so it has the correct formatting for next update.
