Nations incorrect #23

made list happen. :P

2 nations are showing up that should not be (ejected from the WA awhile ago). This has been happening for quite awhile.

This is caused by the NationStates WA membership list occasionally getting errors. To fix this I currently run my wa_members_validator and report the results to the Administrators.

The next version of the scripts will not use the WA members list API, and will avoid this problem entirely.
