Forward Email Notifications received by TNP Bug Reporter #28

The TNP Bug Reporter functions as a proxy for s13 TNP forum members to report bugs with: they do not however receive notifications when their issues are updated, TNP Bug Reporter does. It could concievably forward these notifications to them to avoid developers having to chase them down.
