The SC Alerts page does not list any SC members in the first lis #31

There appears to be a problem showing the endos and use of the goldenrod color for SC members in both lists on the SC Alerts page. It was working several hours ago, but now it is not.

It appears to be working fine now. I will check the relevant logs for this afternoon later.

This issue mainly comes up when the regional scan fails. The regional scan is an old program that is near replacement. I should be able to replace it this month.

This is fundamentally the same problem as #19.
