Add icon bbcode #35

This is only tangentially related, but since we're on the subject of fonts, I'm posting it here.

In another forum, I installed font awesome. Originally I was only going to use it for the forum skin, but later I decided to also make it available to users through a special BBCode tag. For example, you can type

[icon]battery-half[/icon]

and this will be replaced by the icon of the same name in the list included in the above URL. The new BBCode tag and the icon set have since seen considerable use.

It may be worth installing the same functionality here, if people think it'll be useful. I can provide the code and installation instructions (not that it's anything too involved). ~ @r3naissanc3r

It would be pretty neat to add such a bbcode.
