is master stable after this fix -- looks like it is failing in some tcl/docs testing. Am holding off pull requests until this is resolved or deemed stable.

@andyfox-rushc I'm not sure what are referring to. There were a couple antenna metrics failure that we updated.

When I look at the master :

I see a failed check report see attached. Normally master is green. Right now it is red...

I see it is a doc issue but its not related to this PR. I'll fix it.
