Is there a set_property command? #177

I want to override the library of a liberty_cell. I can use get_property to find out what library it is from, but I could not see an easy way to change its library property. I need this for multi-voltage designs. Is there a UPF or SPF hook?

Thanks. I suppose one can fashion one mimicking the get_property command in tcl/Sta.tcl.
