Hello. I'm going to make an estimate of the energy consumption of the RTL project. How can I do that? Can I do the synthesis by yosys and then use OPENSTA tools ?

I would use openroad and drive it all the way through the flow. It isn't so much of an estimate, but you have to look elsewhere if you want rtl tools.
