Worse result in ISPD19_test4 than previous version #68

I have been using the older version of RePlAce(version in 2019). And then, when I ran the ISPD2019_test4 with the latest version of the OpenRoad(global placement) for a while, I found that the result was worse than the previous version in global routing (global routing overflow: old-110k， new-230k). Is there something wrong with my operation? Or has the algorithm changed?
