Menu panel shaken when app info has non-en language #114
The lower right corner of menu panel show apps introduction.
When it is in Chinese language, the corner it not big enough to hold the word, and the panel recalculate the ordinate.
So when mouse over en-US and zh-CN apps, the menu panel looks like shaken.
