Implement first level and document it accordingly.

Level should contain:

Initial horde of enemies swarming in from top and bottom of the screen
First page from the Book of Oz describing the relationship between Dorothy and Grandma Gale
At least one weapon upgrade
A boss that spawns after 10 minutes of survival

Traps:

Leaving the Yellow Brick Road should slow down character/make them sink into the mud
Every 60 seconds a green sphere should appear somewhere. Failing to stop that sphere within 15 seconds will make that quadrant inaccessible/kill Dorothy on impact.

Weapon upgrades won't make it to this game jam release. Other than that, I'm done for now.
