Accepts .jpg and .png
Returns only .jpg
Photo resizing (to an explicit list of sizes)
Create responsive image sets
Convert to progressive .jpg
Option for single upload with just one set width
Option for no image processing (simple pass through)
Options to compress further (e.g. color samples)

Do we want to only return .jpg? Sometimes .png is the right thing, for example screenshots

We would accept the .png screenshot. But it gets converted to a .jpg. I think the argument was if and when we have a case where we need to return .png support, we'd add it then.
