Reported by eilbeck on 2008-07-09 20:22 UTC There are a large number of gene cross product terms that are a kind of gene with a has_quality relation to a gene attribute such as protein_coding. When we add the encodes relation, we should make these terms a cross product with the actual feature and use the relation 'encodes'.

Also there are some xp's that use associated with that should be using encodes.
