These are the motifs: GS-motif N-glycosylation site leucine zipper motif immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM) immunoglobulin domain cyclic nucleotide-binding domain (CNBD) SSxS motif TXY motif within protein kinase domain

After discussion with Cecilia and Sandra, this item is being dropped. Prosite motifs would add 2000 terms and much redundent work.
