Request of the SO term "start_gained" #615

"stop_gained" and "stop_lost" are valid SO terms. So is the SO term "start_lost". However, "start_gained" is not a valid SO term currently, despite start gains being possible in biology, and described in the literature, such as in "A program for annotating and predicting the effects of single nucleotide polymorphisms, SnpEff" (https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.4161/fly.19695). Therefore, I request the term "start_gained" to be added to the Sequence Ontology.

Would you mind specifying the definition and parent term you'd like to accompany this term? Also, the cited literature was published in 2012. Is there anything more recent we could cite?
